Pete also has obtained advanced and specialized training in Pools and Spa’s with additional continuing education in the inspection of all types of slab construction. Pete in his capacity as a disaster housing specialist with FEMA and the Small Business Administration has provided immediate housing inspection response to victims of both small and large natural disasters. This type of inspection provides a unique understanding of how the environment and nature can affect the integrity of a family’s home.
